If you experience crashing and performance issues, please submit a ticket with the following information:
FOR PC USERS
- Platform name (Steam or Epic)
- Username and user ID
- A text copy of the Dxdiag (Instruction can be found here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/open-and-run-dxdiag-exe-dad7792c-2ad5-f6cd-5a37-bf92228dfd85)
- Outline of in-game graphics settings
- Description of the actions taken that have led to the bug or crash
- Screenshot/video of the issue if reproductible
- A copy of save file - The save folder can be found in your AppData folder, wherever your windows drive is. (Example: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\CallistoProtocol\Saved\SaveGames) It will be labelled PhxAutoSave or PhxManualSave.
FOR PS & XBOX CONSOLE USERS
- First Party platform name (Sony or Microsoft)
- Screen name/username/login name of your first party platform and/or Krafton ID
- Any crash report that pop up on the first party platform (Sony or Microsoft)
- Outline of in-game graphic settings
- Description of the actions taken that have led to the bug or crash
- Screenshot/video of the issue if reproducible
