If you’d like to delete your Krafton ID, follow these steps:
- Go to https://accounts.krafton.com/login
- Go to the “Personal Info” tab
- Beside “Delete your Krafton ID”, click “Change”
- Read the terms and conditions
- Click “Request Deletion”.
- Enter your password, and click “Delete Krafton ID”
Reminders:
After deleting your Krafton ID, your personal data and game link history saved with your KRAFTON ID will be removed from our servers.
You will not be able to play any games that require a KRAFTON ID after the deletion of the account.
After your request, there will be a 30-day grace period before permanently deleting the account. If you want to reactivate your account, please sign in to your KRAFTON ID during this period. In this case, your request to delete the account will be canceled. Please note that you will be unable to recover your account after the 30-day deletion grace period.

CHANGING EMAIL ADDRESS
To change the email address associated with your Krafton ID, follow these steps:
- Go to https://accounts.krafton.com/login
- Go to the “Personal Info” tab
- Beside “Email”, click “Change”
- Enter your new email address and your current password
- Click “Save changes”
- You will receive an email (on the new address) to verify your Email Address Change request.
CHANGING PASSWORDTo change the password of your Krafton ID, follow these steps:
- Go to https://accounts.krafton.com/login
- Go to the “Personal Info” tab
- Beside “Password”, click “Change”
- Enter your current Krafton ID password
- Enter your new password.
If you no longer remember your old password, click on “Click here to reset your account password.” A link will be sent to your email address. Click on the link and enter your new password.

Follow these steps to create a new Krafton ID:
- Go to https://accounts.krafton.com/login
- Click "Create Account"
3. Select your region and enter your date of birth.
4. Enter your email address, password, and preferred Krafton nickname
5. Agree to the Terms of Service
6. Click “Create Account".
7. A verification code will be sent to your email. Enter the code in the space provided, and click "Confirm".
8. You're done! You can now access your Krafton ID and link your gaming accounts.

Krafton ID is an integrated account system shared by games that Krafton Inc. publishes.
You can link various game platforms (such as Steam, Epic Games, Xbox, and PlayStation) to your Krafton ID to enjoy promotional partnerships and drops.
Krafton ID will also be used to power security features that better protect players’ valuable private information.

CONSOLE
The Callisto Protocol can be played on Xbox (Xbox One, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X) and PlayStation (PS4, PS5).
Performance Mode versus Fidelity mode
Fidelity mode on PS5 and Xbox Series X runs at 30 FPS and has all graphical features enabled including ray-traced shadows and reflections.
On the other hand, Performance mode turns off some graphic features and runs at 60 FPS.
The performance mode (60 FPS) is only supported on Xbox Series X and PS5. Players on PS5 and Xbox Series X can choose between 30 FPS Fidelity mode and 60 FPS Performance mode.
The 60 FPS Performance mode is not supported on PS4, Xbox One, or Xbox Series S.

What engine is the game on?
- The game runs on a heavily modified version of Unreal Engine 4.27, including some features from UE5
- The game also includes a number of custom-built lighting and rendering technologies from SDS
Does the PC support DLSS?
- No. The PC version does not support DLSS
Is ray tracing supported on PC?
- Yes. Ray tracing is supported on the PC version of The Callisto Protocol. Players can enable ray tracing if their system supports DX12
Is ray tracing supported on Console?
- Ray tracing is only supported on PS5 and Xbox Series X
- Ray tracing is not supported on PS4, Xbox One, or Xbox Series S.
Does the game support SDR and HDR?
- Yes. The game supports HDR and SDR on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series XS and Xbox One S.
Does the game support haptics on PS5?
- Yes. The game supports Haptics on PS5's DualSense controller on PS5.
Does the game support 3D audio?
- 3D Audio is only supported in PS5 and Xbox Series X.

COMBAT OPTIMIZATION
- Prevent enemies from attacking while you are attacking another enemy by adjusting uninterruptible windows for all player baton attacks vs standard enemies to add an extra 7 frames between hit and recover
- Reduced frequency of players being attacked from behind. Enemies now prioritize grappling or repositioning instead of attacking
- Widened incoming attack camera angle
- Widened angle for dodging off screen attacks
- Reduced damage taken multiplier when attacked from behind
- Increased player facing away maximum angle for Grunt and Blind
- Dodge optimization:
- Valid dodge angle now allows player to have stick slightly forward and right/left while still dodging (45 -> 30 degrees)
- Dodging at the end of the dodge window no longer means playing dodge animation and getting hit

- Users who previously completed the game will have access to NewGame+ after the patch.
- Application restart may be required.
- Requires an active save file from game completion. If users did not retain a save file from beating the game, they will need to complete the game again to unlock New Game+

In this narrative-driven third-person survival horror game set 300 years in the future, the player will take on the role of Jacob Lee – a victim of fate thrown into Black Iron Prison, a maximum-security penitentiary located on Jupiter's moon, Callisto. Soon after his arrival, Black Iron descends into chaos as inmates begin transforming into terrifying creatures.
Jacob must confront these grotesque foes using a unique arsenal of weapons and abilities as he searches for a way to escape. The game is available now in most markets worldwide, with the exception of Japan.
At the moment, the game is not available for sale in Japan because it did not receive a CERO rating, and changing the game to qualify for the rating would not deliver the experience players expect.
